Dwayne Marsh

Managing Partner

Dwayne "Dooley" Marsh is one of the founders and the Managing Partner of Siena Flooring. Known for his hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge, Dooley began his career as a tile installer, which gave him a strong foundation in the flooring business. Over the years, he transitioned from the field to the office, where he now oversees much of the administrative side of Siena Flooring's operations.

As a Managing Partner, Dooley works closely with Siena Flooring’s key clients, particularly builders, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service and expertise. Despite his busy professional life, Dooley is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending quality time with his two daughters. His commitment to both his work and his family makes him a respected and beloved figure within the company and beyond.

Korey Fowler

Managing Partner

Korey is a partner and co-founder of Siena Flooring, bringing a wealth of experience and a dynamic presence to the company. After serving in the military straight out of high school, Korey transitioned into the flooring industry, starting as a tile installer. His strong work ethic and dedication to the craft led him to co-found Siena Flooring, where he now plays a pivotal role.

Korey is highly sociable and is well-known for his hands-on approach with Siena Flooring's restoration clients. He spends most of his time out of the office, conducting site visits, taking measurements, and bringing flooring samples from damaged sites. When he is in the office, you’ll find him diligently working on quotes, ensuring that every project meets Siena’s high standards.

A devoted father of four, Korey values spending time with his family and friends. During the summer, he enjoys unwinding on the golf course, blending his love for the outdoors with his passion for the game. His balance of professional dedication and personal warmth makes him a key figure at Siena Flooring.

Terry Banks

Sales Associate | Estimator

With a career spanning almost 50 years, Terry's journey in the flooring industry began as an installer and helper back in 1974. From the outset, Terry found joy in seeing a job through from start to finish, witnessing the transformation of spaces through the installation of carpet, vinyl, lvp, hardwood, and tile. What sets Terry apart is not only his skillset but also his genuine affinity for working with customers. His ability to connect with clients on a personal level, coupled with his expertise in flooring, ensures that every project is executed with precision and care.

He describes Siena Flooring as a “small company with a big heart”. Collective experience among the staff, Siena Flooring is synonymous with reliability, expertise, and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.  Outside of work, Terry enjoys fishing, woodworking, motorcycling and spending quality time with his grandchildren.

Andrea Little

Project Coordinator

With roots deeply rooted in the flooring industry since 1989, Andrea's connection to the trade runs in the family. Growing up, she was exposed in the world of flooring, as her father was a seasoned installer. Today, Andrea proudly carries on the family legacy alongside several other relatives, including her daughter, who also works in industry. For Andrea, project coordination isn't just a job—it's a passion. She thrives on the challenge of bringing together the moving parts of a project, knowing that success relies on the collaborative efforts of a dedicated team.

At Siena Flooring, Andrea is surrounded by a group of individuals who feel more like family than coworkers. She has known Korey and Dwayne since they were still installers, they've shared countless years of experience and camaraderie, forming a tight-knit team that operates seamlessly to bring clients' visions to life.

Maria Cuera

Design Consultant

Maria brings a unique blend of international experience and a passion for design that began in Doha, Qatar, where she spent 14 years working for an Interior Design Company. In 2021, Maria moved to Calgary to pursue a Diploma in Interior Decorating, fortifying her understanding of design principles and elements.

Despite being relatively new to the world of flooring, her design background gaives her a unique advantage in understanding clients' lifestyle and design objectives, assisting them in selecting the perfect flooring solutions that complement their spaces.

What Maria values most about her role at Siena Flooring is the opportunity to work alongside seasoned colleagues who bring years of industry experience to the table. The company's commitment to providing exceptional customer service and professional dedication resonates deeply with Maria, aligning perfectly with her own values and work ethic.

Outside of work, Maria continues to hone her other talent and creative side through calligraphy and watercolor painting.

Trisha Prasad Nolasco

Interior Designer

Meet Trisha, she has been in the flooring industry for 8 years, she wanted to focus on a specific area in design and she felt like the complexities and versatility of flooring was a challenge she was ready to tackle, shortly after, she carved out a niche for herself and continue to make her mark as a valuable member of Siena Flooring Team.

Trisha is committed to staying ahead of the curve by keeping up to date about different flooring options available. This ensures that she can provide clients with the perfect products to meet their design goals and lifestyle needs.

Trisha is proud how every member of Siena Flooring collaborates in ensuring that each project regardless of size receives the same level of care and uncompromising service. To her nothing beats the feeling of being commended by customers not only for the work that we do but also for the way we made them feel.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Trisha's role as a new mom takes center stage in her life. When she's not navigating the joys of motherhood, you can still find her indulging in her favorite TV shows at home.
